Refunds Info
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Regular priced items
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
This applies to items that were delivered defective or within 30 days.
Non-returnable items include:
- Health and Personal Care items (pads, toothbrush, floss, soaps)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All returning items will require the following steps:
- Email must be sent to info@justasmallchange.com with reason(s)
- Photos of the current state\packaging of the product
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
We will provide you with a Shipping Label/Address in PDF format to print out.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item that is NOT detective.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive an exchange, the cost of the shipping for the exchange product will paid for by Just a small change.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid loss.
Refund Payments
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refund is agreed, we’ll process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow several days for processing.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
